The year 2000 has been declared the United Nations International Year for the Culture of Peace.
In wholehearted support of this U.N. initiative, the Boston Research Center is proud to announce
three conferences to explore peaceable practices in families, schools, economic systems, and
religious communities. This series not only creates the first opportunity in New England
for sustained dialogue on the notion of cultures of peace, it also invites participants
to experience a peace culture through the format of the gathering itself.
